Good Luck Family

First of all, please excuse my less-than-chipper previous post.  90% of the time life is awesome, but every once in a while it all catches up to me.  

Anyway, we've had a streak of good luck this weekend in our family:

Friday Madison lost her first top tooth.  AT SCHOOL.  Just so you know, losing a tooth at school is extra-awesome because you get a tooth necklace to bring it home in!  Ever since last year she has been waiting and wishing that she would lose a tooth at school.  Her tooth almost fell out on Thursday night, but she wouldn't let me pull it out at home.  I'm glad she had good luck and all her dreams came true.  She was ecstatic to come home and show me her tooth necklace!

Chris had some good luck this weekend, too.  He pre-ordered and iPhone 5, but something went wrong with his order and he was told he wouldn't get his phone for 2-3 weeks.  Saturday morning he decided to go to the mall early to see if he could get one.  Luckily the Apple Store still had a few in stock.  He did have to wait in line with Colton and Madison for 2 hours, but he's very happy with his new toy.

Then, Saturday afternoon, Jaxon got lucky at his soccer game.  He scored his first goal of the season.  Then his second goal.  Then his third goal.  Yes, three goals in one game!!  Not to compare kids, but Madison went the entire season last year without scoring a goal, so it was very gratifying to finally watch one of our kids score!
